Aditya Beach Resort, Rathgama

Acupuncture: Treatments administered by a local doctor.

Ayurveda: The centre has 13 treatment rooms, a steam bath, and 25 therapists both male and female. There is one chief doctor along with 3 assistants and the centre has its own herbal brewery and pharmacy along with an Ayurveda health shop. All the medicine, oils etc. are made in Sri Lanka. Ayurveda cooking demonstrations are also held.

Siddhalepa Ayurveda Health Resort, Wadduwa ****
The genuine Ayurveda Resort from the people who have been practicing Ayurveda for generations.

Location: Direct on the sandy beach of Wadduwa, about 25 km south of Colombo, situated in a lush tropical garden of palm trees and exotic plants.

Nutrition: A special diet according to Ayurvedic principles is an integral part of the therapy. On request special Ayurvedic meals will be served additionally to international cuisine.

Yoga and Meditation: Traditionally yoga and meditation complement the overall process of healing, which the patients seek when they are coming to receive Ayurvedic treatment. Qualified teachers will regularly conduct courses.
